Wenshan Pouchong 文山包種茶

Pouchong tea, also known as Baozhong tea, is a lightly oxidized oolong tea that is traditionally produced in Taiwan. It is one of the least oxidized oolong teas, with an oxidation level of around 10-20%, giving it a delicate and subtle flavor profile.

Pinglin is mostly known as the largest producer of Pouchong Tea. 80% of the world's Pouchong comes from Pinglin. The south of Taiwan is the center of Taiwanese oolongs, while the north part of the island is well known for Pouchong Tea.
