Four Season Spring Oolong (Si Ji Chun)

Four Seasons Spring is one of the most popular oolongs in Taiwan. It is harvested four times each year in Taiwan's central highlands, therefore, it is named as “Four Season Spring (another name is Si Ji Chun from the cultivar). This Oolong has a golden colored, medium-bodied tea soup with a floral, very fragrant and solid aromatic complexity. The aftertaste holds the aroma of spring blossoms with notes of tropical fruits. This amazing tea is harvested at elevations of 400 to 800 meters above sea level in the famous tea-village which is called “Mingjian” in Nantou County in Taiwan.
