What is GABA?
The tea is called GABA due to the element “GABARON” it contains. Basically, during the production of Gaba Tea special conditions with no oxygen in the air are created (also called anaerobic conditions). When the tea leaf is being fermented in such conditions it evolves Gaba, what results in a very unique taste and characteristics.
